In addition, you'll have the convenience of a separate room housing a washer and dryer, along with a well-appointed bathroom. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, rest assured that everything you need for a perfect stay - long term or short term - is right here at your fingertips. Guest access You have access to the entire building. Other things to note The Argonne building is in a great spot downtown at the end of Grand. Close enough to the night lift, but far enough and quiet enough to relax and unwind. PERFECT spot for traveling medical professionals - 5-7 minutes to all the downtown hospitals. Also blocks away from Gateway Park - where multiple DSM festivals are held. Street pay parking : Download the ParkDSM app from the Apple Store and Google Play. If you already have a ParkMobile app affiliated with another city, that app will work. Enter the six-digit number on your stall marker - IMPORTANT: Without this number, you won't be able to pay for parking.
