Light, bright sunny home nestled in the pines on a quiet dead end road. It's the perfect spot to relax, go swimming, kayaking, fishing or just sit on the dock and relax. There is an outdoor patio area overlooking the lake with a table/chairs, a gas grill for BBQs and a gas firepit for s'mores. Open kitchen/dining/living room with room to spread out. Kitchen has everything you need a Keurig, pots/pans, basic spices, garbage bags etc. AC in the 2 queen bedrooms, no AC in full bedroom. The space The house sits up high and faces west so you get amazing sunset views. There are about 25 steps leading down to the waterfront dock area. There is a sitting area at the waterfront with 6 chairs. The waterfront has a mostly sandy bottom with a very gradual drop off. June through September there is a 20 foot dock on the property to fish off of or to relax on. We have a tandem kayak, a single kayak, life vests, corn hole & croquet that your welcome to use. There is also a large driveway that can fit up to 4 cars. Guest access The entire house, yard, patio, and waterfront. There is no back "yard" per se as the lake is your backyard. The AC, dock, and the kayak/ SUP are available seasonal (June- September). * The yard is sloped and there are stairs to the house, patio and waterfront. Other things to note If you are looking for a clean and comfortable home with awesome lake views this house is for you. If your looking for a modern house with granite countertops, stainless appliances and central air this is not the house for you. This is an older home so it comes with certain quirks or charm depending on how you look at it - creaky floors, chipping paint, small bedrooms with slanted ceilings, etc. The master bedroom has a shutter type door and the small bedroom has a shutter type window overlooking the staircase. This might be an issue if you have small children or are a light sleeper. The landscape of the yard is sloped and a little uneven in certain spots. There are a few stairs to the house & patio and MANY stairs to the waterfront which may not be suitable for people that require assistance with walking. * Guests are responsible for their own safety in the house, on the property and in the lake.
