Comfortable, clean, fully furnished, spacious, 2 bedroom 2 bath ground floor apartment within walking distance to lots of dining, bars and shopping. Centrally located and on the Mardi Gras Parade route, this space is close to ULL and SLCC. Whether you are visiting colleges, family & friends, or attending one of Lafayette's many awesome festivals, your stay will be enjoyable! The space A bright, clean, and modern space. This apartment is furnished with a queen bed in both rooms and 2 full bathrooms. The living room features a large comfortable sofa with fold out bed, additional seating and a smart TV. In the kitchen you'll find full-size appliances and everything you need to cook a meal. Coffee maker and coffee provided. Seating at the breakfast bar in the kitchen as well as a bistro table. The gated parking lot is on a first come first-served basis. Despite the sign on the entry gate, we do not issue permits, and you will not need one for your stay. If the lot is full, there is plenty of street parking as well as a pay lot on Buchanan St. This complex is located in a busy downtown area. Guests can expect to hear noise from traffic, bars, music venues, trains, etc. The complex is equipped with an exterior 24-hour recording security system for the safety of our guests, our neighbors, and ourselves. Guest access Guests have full access to the apartment. Guest share common picnic/BBQ area with other residents/guests. Please be respectful of others. Please do not throw trash or cigarette butts on the ground. The dumpster is in the parking lot for trash disposal, and there are cigarette disposal containers on the complex grounds. Please pick up after your pets, waste bags provided. Other things to note In an effort to keep cleaning fees low for our guests we kindly ask that when checking out please strip bed(s), and put sheets and towels washing. Detergent is provided. Please load and start dishwasher. Dishwasher tabs provided. There complex is equipped with a 24-hour recording security system for the safety of our guests, our neighbors, and ourselves. Pets are welcome, but a one-time fee will be applied. Please notify us if you will be bringing your furry friend(s) prior to your stay. We do not accept same day booking from guests with no reviews.
