Stay with Luke’s in the Smalltown Sleeper -bedroom 2 Keep it simple in this small town centrally-located place. The Space Furnished bedroom in the main level with shared bathroom, kitchen, Living room, washer/dryer, and outdoor patio will be shared with Luke. The Location • 1 Mile from Hwy 330, easy commute • 10 Miles from UnityPoint Marshalltown Hospital • 13 Miles from Emerson & MCC • 15 Miles from Lennox Industries & Alliant Energy • 16 Miles from Mercy One Newton Medical Center The space Furnished bedroom with closet and queen bed on the main level with the following shared spaces: kitchen, Living room, washer/dryer, and outdoor patio. During your stay Luke owns the home and stays in the basement so we’ll be available for questions or concerns. April can also be messaged at any time. Other things to note You'll likely be sharing spaces with Luke and other guests that are renting rooms. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level that are rented and a suite in the upper level of the home. Luke and his buddy Burt (the Corgi) stay in the basement of the home. You may see Burt on occasion!
