The space 2 bed 1 bath duplex unit located on a quiet corner lot. King bed in master and queen bed in guest room. Open floor plan with full kitchen amenities available. Access to private fully fenced back yard with covered patio and flat-top Blackstone grill, outdoor dining table, and fire pit. TV's in living room and master bedroom with a variety of Spectrum cable channels and access to all popular streaming services for use with guest account. Workspace desk area provided along with a full-size PAC-MAN arcade with 14 games. Within walking distance or short drive to dining options and grocery store. Pack N' Play and Highchair are available by request with no additional charge. Please let us know during booking if you would like either set up for your stay. Host lives in attached Unit A that is separated by both garages (only shared wall is the garage wall). Guests will have 2 dedicated, free parking spaces and private entrance access to Unit. Parking only available in front of Unit B garage, please do not block garage or parking access to Unit A. Keycode will be given for door access prior to check-in. Host may be in front and/or back yards occasionally for lawn maintenance mostly during spring and summer months. Other things to note Please be aware there is an active train crossing within close proximity that some may find noise disturbing at night. Box fans, earplugs and white noise machines are provided in both bedrooms to help with this. Portable/window air conditioning units only available June through August in King bedroom and living room.
