Morning Side is a charming New England colonial home located in the center of Worthington. The house is set back and landscaped, offering privacy with a fenced in backyard that has a heated, in-ground pool, goshen stone patio, outdoor dining and barbecue area and several acres of open yard that is landscaped with a variety of trees and stone walls to meander and enjoy your time in the country. The space The house is a large, 2-story home that is full of art and antiques that make this a very charming and comfortable home to spend a long weekend, a holiday or weeklong summer rental. Morning Side is a perfect place to gather with friends or family for an enjoyable getaway. There are a total of 3 bedrooms that can sleep up to 6 people, with 2.5 baths and laundry. There is a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom on the first floor, as well as a 1/2 bath. The second floor has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed, and two twin beds that share a common bathroom in the center hallway. There is a lovely den with a gas fireplace that looks out to the backyard patio and pool. A large living room offers another gathering space off the kitchen and dining room where guests can watch a movie, play a board game, or read a book while looking out to the south garden which has lovely areas to lounge and play in the yard. Outside there are several locations to gather including the pool, the side yard with Adirondacks and fire pit, the south lawn and garden, as well as the patio area with a large dining table and grill.
