The space is clean, cozy, and practical - uncluttered but well-appointed—everything you need, nothing you don't. Kitchen - spacious and adequately stocked with all the essential tools needed for prepping simple meals - stainless pots & pans etc., plus coffee, tea, and a selection of pantry items. Bathroom - a roomy full-sized bathroom. It is stocked with quality shampoo & conditioner, body wash, and all the extras you may have forgotten to pack. Bedrooms - 2 bedrooms. Enjoy variable lighting, pillows for propping, and crisp, clean bed linens enveloping comfortable Casper queen mattresses for a restful sleep. Living Room - A smart TV with streaming apps sits atop a hutch housing a few games if you prefer interactive pleasures. Variable seating in the open concept living and sitting room where a wall of windows invites lovely natural light to the reading chairs and desk area. Office desk - utilize the dedicated workspace to work remotely or send a note in classic form. Power strip provided to prevent awkwardly searching for a free outlet. Window mount A/C is in position in the summer to keep you comfortably cool. Parking: - Free street parking in front of the unit. Or, an off-street parking space in the alley behind the unit - long enough for 2 vehicles to park, one behind another. You can expect to hear the sounds of the city and its residents while staying here including noise from festivals, football games, neighborhood BBQ's and gatherings, cars, music, etc. The location of parking on the street will vary - it's a public right-a-way so guests can expect to find a new spot each time they return to the house. This apartment includes private parking off the alley. Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.
