The space Situated on historic Commonwealth Avenue, our classic New England colonial has been lovingly designed to feel like a true home away from home. Step through the sunny yellow front door into a space filled with natural light, warm wood floors, vintage furniture, curated art, and lush indoor plants at every turn. The living room invites you to settle in — bay windows, a brick fireplace, a grand piano, and a thoughtful mix of mid-century and vintage pieces give the space real warmth and character. The open kitchen features an island and flows into a plant-filled dining room with a beautiful view of the backyard — perfect for family meals together. Each bedroom has been designed with care, with its own distinct personality and comfortable beds. Board games are scattered throughout the house for cozy evenings in. Outside, a spacious deck with string lights and a Weber grill overlooks a generous backyard with mature trees and a volleyball net — magical on summer evenings. Getting around is effortless — the Green Line T (Waban Station) is just 4 minutes away, and the Commuter Rail is 6 minutes away, connecting you directly to downtown Boston and beyond.
