Each floor of the property features 4 large bedroom suites with stylish, private en-suite bathrooms in each room. The space Additional Details About the House: This is a classic Boston Triple Decker that was recently renovated and has four unique bedrooms with en-suite baths. It is a 5-minute walk to the T (Red Line Ashmont Station + bus routes), 7 stops to South Station city center. The common space is shared in this co-living apartment, including the kitchen, living room, half bathroom for guests and laundry room. The laundry room is in the guest bathroom of the common room. All kitchen, laundry and paper supplies for the house are included in the cost of your stay. The shared eat-in kitchen features quartz countertops, a large refrigerator and all the standard cooking tools and equipment you’d expect. Each bedroom has its own dedicated cabinet and space in the fridge for personal storage. The shared living room features a 55” Smart TV and a comfy sofa, plus easy access to the rear deck which has a bistro table for work and dining. There’s also a rear deck available. All doors to the house and rooms are equipped with electric door locks for keyless entry to your reservation. You will be given access to your own personal code upon arrival. Each room is labeled with a floor number and letter indicating the door to the room booked. There is dedicated, labeled space in the kitchen pantry by the fridge, as well as inside the fridge for your personal use. There are front and back porches available to use as you please. Parking & Bike Storage: ➤ There is Free Street Parking at the end of street and neighboring streets (Milton and Washington). The parking directly in front of the building is resident parking only and there is no usable driveway / garage. ➤ Bikes may be stored inside your designated room but not in common areas. Please note that you will be responsible for any damage to walls or floors, so exercise caution if you choose to store a bike during your stay. Boston is well equipped with many bike rental stations called Blue Bikes, which may be a more viable option during your stay. The closest Blue Bike station is located at Ashmont Station, a 5 minute walk from the property. Mail & Deliveries: Your mail can be addressed to the apartment address, floor and room number, which will be sent upon booking. Each unit has its own dedicated mailbox. Please be advised that we are not responsible for any stolen, lost, or damaged items, including personal belongings or packages delivered to the property. To ensure the safety of your items, we strongly recommend being present at the property when packages are delivered, or considering an alternative delivery option, such as using a local pickup location or scheduling a delivery window that aligns with your stay. For your peace of mind, we also suggest securing valuables in your code protected rooms or keeping them with you at all times. During your stay We’re local and always available to help! Other things to note We are 5-15mins walking distance to many places like shopping, restaurants, Shop and Shop supermarket, etc. How far is the house from your desired destination?
