Beautiful Waterfront 3bdrm

Peaceful and centrally-located waterfront 3bedroom overlooking the Weymouth Fore River. The unit is on the 2nd floor, home owner lives on the 1st floor. Parking available in front of the house, full kitchen, and full bathroom. Unit has front entrance and a side entrance, side entrance leads out to the deck overlooking the water. Washer and dryer in basement. Dish washer in unit.Attic and ramp leading to the water are off limits to tenant for safety reasons. Lmk me if you have any questions! The space The house has steam radiators, so they can make some noises when they’re heating up. Please DO NOT operate the valves on the steam heaters. If a certain room is not hot enough or is too hot please just reach out to me. I will either explain how to adjust or I can do that for you. The staircases are a bit steep so take caution. The side door and staircase is available for renters use. It leads to the porch. The porch is available for renters use. The cushions are located inside the brown storage bin. The grill can be used by the renters also, BUT the grill needs to be pulled away from the house about 2 feet so that it doesn't melt/deform the siding. The coffee table in the TV room is a lift top coffee table so you can eat off of it. There are two trash and recycling bins are located on the side of the house. Yellow top is recycling, brown top is trash. You can throw your trash & recycling in either of the two bins. Guest access The unit is on the second floor. Full access to the second floor. Access not allowed to the attic, the basement. The ramp leading to the water is also slippery and does not have a dock yet so that is also off-limits. The deck, grill, and fire pit are available for guest use.
