OPEN: MAY 26-JUNE 20, JULY 5-11, JULY 17-25. Waterfront home in S Yarmouth to enjoy beautiful views, wildlife, fishing. All in a spacious, beautifully designed 4-bedrm, 2.5-bath, outdoor shower vacation home; sleeps 8-10 guests comfortably. Lots of room for fun -- kayaks, paddle bd, canoe are provided to launch from our private dock on the water. Enjoy nearby beaches like Smugglers, water parks, go karts, grocery shopping, restaurants, mini golfing, golfing. The space Beds: master bedroom on 1st floor with queen bed and full bath; upstairs there are 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed and full bath; over garage which is attached to house is a bunkroom with 2 trundle beds (or 4 single beds). There is a half bath with washer/dryer on 1st floor between kitchen and master bedroom. There is also an outdoor shower. Guest access You can access everything except there is a locked owner's closet in master bedroom and an attic that is locked off from bunkroom. If you want to hang anything in master bedroom there is a cabinet in the room and you have the hall closet just outside the bedroom.
