Our newly renovated condo known as "The Condo Down The Shore" may not be all that huge, but it's bright, lovely, and has everything you could possibly need for a wonderful stay at the beach. Newly listed and renovated in 2023, come check out all the buzz with Ocean City's newest kept gem secret! Cook meals right in our kitchenette, watch Netflix throughout the day, do laundry in the building and head to the beach using our beach tags, towels, chairs and umbrella, we have all the essentials hotels won't offer and at a fraction of the cost! We have thought about just about everything you will need for your stay at The Condo Down The Shore and provide a turnkey experience during your stay! + Enough room to sleep 2 people comfortably. Please keep in mind, the condo is very small, **ONLY 205 sq feet**, but cozy and the layout is laid out nicely to maximize the amenities and space during your stay. ****Although this unit could fit up to 2 adults and a toddler comfortably, we are also able to potentially accommodate as many as 5 more guests at our newly renovated condos within the same building (and very close) - pending availability in our schedule! (This is a rarity for rentals in Ocean City) + Private bathroom with double door shower and upgraded granite countertop + Wi-Fi is available in our unit for you to connect to + Wall-mounted TV with cable and access to Netflix and Roku accounts included + Efficiency kitchen with all the amenities necessary to self-cater on nights you'd prefer to stay in or save on your food budget: small fridge, microwave, Keurig with k-cups, toaster, dual hot plates, pots and pans, dishes, cooking utensils and silverware, cups, even wine glasses (if you want to buy a bottle or two before coming into town) + Includes a window AC unit and ceiling fan to keep you cool on hot days and warm summer nights + Dead bolt lock to secure the door to the condo, plus a security chain for the door for extra added security. The main front door to the building requires a key card after 7pm to access the building + Closet to store your clothes and luggage, luggage rack available & hangers Included with rental, enjoy the following perks: + A gift upon your arrival! + Travel size shampoo, conditioner and bath gel + Beach tags free for use during your stay -- take advantage of our seasonal tags to avoid paying daily or weekly beach fees; please return/leave the 3 tags in the unit at the end of your stay to avoid incurring the replacement fee ($50 per tag) + Beach essentials for your use including a beach bag, beach chairs, towels, sand toys for children and an umbrella, so you can leave those things at home and have fewer things to pack for your stay! + Coffee with Creamer & Sweeteners ****Although this unit could fit up to 2 adults comfortably, we are also able to potentially able to accommodate 5 more guests at additional units we own in the same building, not very far away, pending availability! It's not huge, but it's cozy and inviting, and ideally situated in the heart of OCNJ! You are more than welcome to also use all the amenities of the building. Other things to note Enjoy the flexibility of self check-in and check-out! SELF-CHECK IN anytime BETWEEN 4PM-12AM on your day of arrival. SELF-CHECK OUT MUST BE BEFORE 11AM on your day of departure. ***Please note that you may incur extra charges, as it is important to allow for enough time for our professional cleaners to change over the room prior to the next guests' arrival. + No subletting or subleasing our space + Building management has recently been a stickler about bringing sand into the building, and they may assess extra cleaning fees if they discover that you enter the building without thoroughly rinsing off sand. + Easily access the building entrance using key cards provided. + You must return the key cards for the building at the end of your stay to avoid incurring the replacement fee ($50 each). + Keyless access to the unit: You will be provided with a unique code to easily unlock the condo door upon arrival and lock up every time you go out to enjoy beautiful Ocean City! + Please do not bring your bike into the building, as there is a bike rack behind the building for you to lock your bike up. + Please leave the condo as clean as possible, including cleaning of dirty dishes, to avoid extra cleaning fees billed to you for excessive cleaning needed. +Please take out your trash before leaving the condo. There is a dumpster directly behind the building. Restrictions: + No pets: This is a building policy. + No smoking of any kind in the condo and entire building. ***Anyone found to be smoking will be subject to a $500 fine by building management and will be evicted from your stay in our unit with no refunds on your stay. This includes tampering with the smoke detector. + No parties: The condo is only made to fit a few people comfortably (not an ideal location for big gatherings); the live-in building manager will follow up on noise disturbances if necessary.
