One bedroom, private entrance. Pet friendly under certain circumstances. Non drinking/drugs. No smoking indoors. Kitchen and living room access. Shared bathroom. Washer/dryer. Quarter mile from downtown. Five to ten minute walk to Kinnick Stadium. At this time(Covid-19) I have provided my guest with face masks, hand sanitizer, alcohol wipes and gloves for their use. Separate entrance for privacy. Driveway accessibility. I can accommodate most situations; just let me know what you need. Let me know if you need a TV/DVD player. I also have air purifiers and humidifiers available. If there is something you need I most likely have it available. As usual all towels, bedding and blankets are washed. I do have an autoimmune disease(Rheumatoid arthritis) so I do take extra precautions in my house. I love getting to know new people but understand some people like their privacy and space. It is 5-10 minute walk to Kinnick. Quarter mile to downtown. Access to great food, library, grocery stores. About 20-30 minute drive to The Amana Colonies. Walking distance to downtown, nearby bus routes and uber and taxi services for the area. A $15.00(per key) fee will be applied for lost or missing key.
