One bedroom, private entrance. Pet friendly under certain circumstances. Non drinking/drugs. No smoking indoors. Kitchen and living room access. Shared bathroom. Washer/dryer. Quarter mile from downtown. Five to ten minute walk to Kinnick Stadium. At this time(Covid-19) I have provided my guest with face masks, hand sanitizer, alcohol wipes and gloves for their use. The space Separate entrance for privacy. Driveway accessibility. I can accommodate most situations; just let me know what you need. Let me know if you need a TV/DVD player. I also have air purifiers and humidifiers available. If there is something you need I most likely have it available. At this time(Covid-19) I have provided my guest with face masks, hand sanitizer, alcohol wipes and gloves for their use. I wipe all door knobs/light switches down with either bleach or alcohol. As usual all towels, bedding and blankets are washed. I do have an autoimmune disease(Rheumatoid arthritis) so I do take extra precautions in my house.
