Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and is furnished with luxurious 1200 thread count Supima Cotton bedding and tropically-inspired decor. You’ll feel right at home in The Palms Hale at Kahala's outdoor living area, which is furnished with a large covered lanai, a barbecue grill, and an expansive terrace for dining. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the sparkling pool, soak in the heated spa or stroll through the tropical landscaping or relax with your favorite cocktail while making memories with family and friends. Standard and max occupancy for this rental property is 8 guests. There will be a fee for additional guests over the standard and max occupancy. This vacation home has been registered as a Transient Accommodation with the State of Hawaii – HAWAII TAX ID TA-026-128-9984-01. Please note, utility fees are the responsibility of the guest, so a separate Utility Fee of $1,500 will be charged to guests after booking. Utilities (electric, water/sewer, gas, cable/internet) for a full month of occupancy typically cost around $2,000 so this is a way to help offset these costs during your stay. The property will be made exclusively available to the renter for a full period of 30-days and no one else may occupy the property during that period. Rates based on a 30 day rental period. Please Inquire. All guests acknowledge and understand that the home is treated similar to a long-term rental and do not expect service that might be provided by a front desk of a hotel. The management of the home is considered "hands off" and guests understand that no additional services will be provided to the guest outside of the regular landscaping (weekly), pool cleaning services (weekly) and insect treatment (bi-monthly) (any questions related to the pool cleaning should be directed to Bailey - number to be provided upon request). Guests are responsible for taking out the trash, recyclables and green waste bins on a weekly basis and are also responsible for making sure the home, gates and garage are secured during their stay. Any additional services that the guest would like performed during their stay are to be scheduled and paid for by the guest. The home will come stocked with basic goods such as toilet paper, soaps, linens, etc., however, the home will not be restocked during the guests stay and additional products that are needed are to be purchased by the guest. We unfortunately do not provide any additional services to guests during their stay aside from assisting with repairs and are not available on a daily basis to answer questions. All essential information will be provided to the guest through the guests welcome packet which will be provided at check in. If a repair request does arise, the guest understands that it can take up to 48 hours to receive a response to their request in addition to any scheduling delays with the specific vendor doing the repair. The guests also understand that the property manager will not be available outside of normal business hours which are Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and holidays. For all emergencies that arise during a guests stay, they are recommended to call 9-1-1 for assistance. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the property during their stay.
