The space Our property is adult only, so it is easy to relax and enjoy the quiet and peacefulness of true paradise. No crowded tourist traps or gimmicks, just a very relaxing stay. You are free to wander the property and pick any fruit that is in season during your stay or enjoy the pool with the view of the ocean and the tropical paradise below. From your private front covered lanai, you have your own private entry into the unit with a keyed dead bolt lock and solid door. This is a cozy studio with a hand carved teak bed and a King size premium "Sleep Number" mattress, tropical chair, table with two chairs, two night stands, dresser, private bathroom with bidet and shower. A/C is included in this unit. AMENITIES: The amenities in this unit include Mid-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, hot water maker, coffee press, blender, toaster, silverware, plates, cups, wine glasses, and wine decorker and may other appliances upon request. Other things to note LONG TERM STAYS: We like longer term stays, so if you choose more nights, we will give you a better offer on 16 nights or more than what you see listed. Just send us a "Contact host" message and we will make you a great offer! We also can give referrals to private, affordable car rentals. We will replace towels and bathroom supplies upon request as listed for 12 nights stays or less. If your reservation is for 13 nights or longer, you will be suppling your own needs and washing of your towels/linen.
