Inside, the open-concept floor plan showcases artistically crafted iron door hardware, custom concrete floors and area rugs, all complemented by central heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring custom cabinetry, a large butcher block island with high top seating and brand new stainless steel appliances perfect for whipping up a gourmet meal. Granite countertops complete the space, stocked with all the amenities of home. Dine in style at the rustic wood dining table with seating for the whole group. Relax in the living room with high-end furnishings, a Legend Flame electric fireplace, and a 65-inch HD flat screen SmartTV Roku for streaming. Guest access Soaring Eagle Guest Cabin is dedicated to our guests, offering complete privacy and luxury on the 1,000 acre ranch. Guests are welcome to walk, cross country ski or mountain bike on the property. The main residence and barn just up the road are not accessible for guests. We kindly ask guests do not use motorized vehicles such as ATV's and snowmobiles anywhere on the ranch. During the winter months, we recommend driving or renting a vehicle equipped with 4WD for ease of snowy driving. Parking is available in the driveway, however RV's and motorhomes are not allowed on the property due to limited parking and turning radius. Other things to note PETS: Soaring Eagle does NOT allow pets. Service Animals (SA) are always welcome. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) require verified documentation from a licensed mental health professional at least 48 hours before arrival. Guests are responsible for any SA or ESA related damages. FIRE SAFETY: Fire danger is high in our area -- no outdoor fires or charcoal bbqs, please.
