Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Oceanfront, family friendly and walkable to wonderful restaurants and the unspoiled tranquility of Island Beach State Park. The space As with many beachfront properties in this price range, please note that the room sizes are modest. Two bedrooms are approximately 12x14 feet. The ‘bunk’ room is small. It has room for twin bunk beds, two tables for seating/storage and a standing fan. There are 3 floors for the family to ‘spread out’. The first floor features an open concept living and dining area, ocean view balcony from the living room and Queen bedroom with ocean view private balcony. There is a full bath on this level. The second floor features a second Queen bedroom, separate bunk room with 2 beds and bath with shower. The 3rd floor loft features an expansive deck, with stunning views of the Atlantic to your left and Barnegat Bay to your right . The interior space features two convertible lounge chairs and a beverage refrigerator. We find that our lifestyle at the beach is to embrace the beach, the outdoors, the outdoor deck on the 3rd floor and 3 covered patios during inclement weather. We would like to share this information to manage expectations regarding the square footage of our home. Guests will need to feel comfortable negotiating stairs. There are 3 flights of stairs from the parking area to the first floor of the condo. Then, once inside the condo, there are 2 additional levels to the condo, which are accessible by a circular staircase. The views are worth: Every. Single.Step! Guest access 3 levels of living space and every outdoor deck: 3 decks on the first level, 1 deck on the second level and a large deck off the 3rd floor loft area, which extends to take in the ocean view for morning coffee and an expansive bay view for the sunset. Other things to note Oh The rooftop deck is spacious and provides optimal viewing for bay view sunsets It is the perfect spot to enjoy your favorite beverage overlooking the ocean from the bar height deck. One retaining wall of the rooftop deck was built prior to current building codes. It is imperative to take great care to manage the safety of all guests by keeping a safe distance from this wall. Guests should feel comfortable to negotiate steps to access the property. The views are worth taking the stairs! Please feel free to use the items in our storage shed, marked: “305”.
