Waterfront 3 bedroom near Boston

Shutters East with a private beach and a stunning view of Boston Skyline is located in Winthrop MA just 8 miles from Downtown Boston and 15 mins from Logan Airport. Smell the sea, feel the breeze, hear of the ocean dreaming in one of our bedrooms and enjoy a peaceful and beautiful neighborhood with authentic cafes and restaurants. Great for families, couples and business travelers. Just a 4 min walk from public transportation! (Please, note: parties & events only upon request, not pet-friendly) The space Originally a two room cottage built in 1900, substantial additions were made over the past dozen decades. The front unit upstairs has 2 showered bathrooms; the Sunrise Room is a king bed or 2 twin beds. Across the hall is a twin bed in open sitting area; a queen bedroom & and a full bed room with back stairs access. All have water views. Guest access You will enter at the waterfront gate. If you have a vehicle, park in the driveway, and walk to the waterfront sliding door for lockbox. There are 3 spare keys for your use during the stay, located just inside the sunroom @ sign in table. You’ll have a fully equipped kitchen, and a basket of local takeout places nearby. The lounge has a sleeper sofa & comfy stuffed chairs for movie nights on a smart tv. Across the central kitchen is a music room full of family collections. The doors are pulled for piano preservation (surely out of tune), and otherwise musical instruments in attempt to control the climate for my boys toys-the thermostat in this room heats the kitchen & music room. The lounge thermostat heats the lounge. It is behind the large TV. Please message before use of the wood-burning fireplace; do not use the music room fireplace, & respect our family’s archives. During your stay Text is best, any hour is fine. Email works too, and in any emergency, please 📞 Other things to note Be mindful of the tides… A Tide Calendar hangs in the Sunroom entry. Pull drapes/shades to afford privacy or heat/cooling aid. Laundry is off kitchen w/ adjacent bathroom where a first aid kit & xtra supplies can be found,
