John’s Pond Beach Studio

John’s Pond Beach Studio was renovated in 2023 with a new kitchen, new bathroom, fresh paint, new furniture and appliances. We are conveniently located in Mashpee with the Mashpee Commons only a 5 minute drive away along with many other stores, restaurants, activities and more. We have access to a Private beach for residents and guests that less than a minute walk from the house. John’s Pond is one of the best fresh water fishing on Cape Cod as well as many other water activities. The space An above garage suite with a water view balcony. Bedroom, chair, dining and kitchen are one room. One bathroom and one closet. Guest access Access is limited to the suite. Suite is separate from the house. Backyard and front yard of the house is off limits. Private beach access is on Sakonnet Drive, less than a minute walk from the suite.
