The home is located 5.3 miles from the Hilo Airport and 1.8 miles from Prince Kuhio Plaza. The unit has a low ceiling but a person with a height of 6 feet and 5 inches will have no problem at all. The space The unit is the whole downstairs portion of a 2 storey house with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It is about 700 square feet and a floor to ceiling height of 7 feet. The place has a good size yard to relax and unwind. Room #1: QUEEN size posturepedic bed which has another door that leads to the lawn. Sleeps 2 Room #2: QUEEN size memory foam bed plus a desk/workstation. Sleeps 2 The living room has a sleeper couch for an additional person. There's a dining room table with 4 chairs. The kitchen area is equipped with a brand new electric stove & oven, a microwave, rice cooker, and electric wok. There is a coffee station equipped with coffee maker and coffee condiments. A propane bbq grill is also available for use. Guest access Guests can access the whole downstairs unit and the yard. Guests have a reserved spot in the carport or in the driveway.
