Check in is anytime after 3 and check out is no later than 11am You NEED a car , no mopeds. You don’t need a four wheel drive 550 sq ft studio / bedroom Queen size very comfortable bed Fresh water from our water catchment system with very hot water for showering. We recommend bottled water for drinking. We provide 3 gallon drinking water upon arrival. You may fill it up for free with spring water with a location close by. cotton/ linen bedding / queen size bed gas cook top You are in nature so you will hear birds , Coqui frogs and may encounter wild pigs ( which are harmless unless you approach them with their babies ) frogs, cats and geckos. We treat our house every month for bugs and fire ants which are very common everywhere on the Big Island. We do our best to keep bugs out of the house but please keep in mind you are in the tropics and the country, if you need all windows and doors closed all the time and absolutely detest geckos/bugs this really is not the place for you and we recommend a more resort type area.
