We also provide a queen size airbed with built-in pump. Both full bathrooms have shower, vanity, and stocked with towels and toiletries. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverwares and small appliances including microwave, coffee maker, hot water hots, and rice cooker. Washer and dryer combo with laundry detergent and dryer sheet supplied. Huge westerly-facing, covered, wrap-around lanai. Observe miles and miles of ocean, clouds, forest, and sunset. We provide beach towels, 2 boogie boards, a few sets of snorkel gear, 1 beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs to help you to enjoy Kona’s beautiful coastline. Free parking onsite. No Smoking inside the house. No pet except for documented emotional support animals. Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Excessive noise that disturbs neighbors is prohibited at all hours. Locates at 3,000 ft elevation in the Cloud Forest, the house offers phenomenal ocean views and immersion in nature, with some noticeable different from the Kona coast: * The temperature at the house is 10 - 20 F (5 - 10 C) lower than that on the Kona coast. * It rains or is in the cloud more often than the coast.
