Our condo is located at Kauhale Makai “Village by the Sea”, a community nestled up against a charming beach; perfect for catching the most amazing sunsets. The property amenities include a large saltwater pool, a small "kiddie" pool, a hot tub, a volleyball court, shuffleboard decks, putting green, several BBQ grills with picnic tables and tiki torches. Surrounded by beautifully manicured grounds swaying with palm, plumeria and banana trees. This slice of paradise offers a local and relaxed setting, maintaining a vibrant community. Please visit their website at nakoibabyrentals to arrange your rental. You will pay them directly for the rental and they will deliver the item to your unit. Please be advised that personal package deliveries such as Amazon etc- are not permitted, unless under medical emergency and with advance approval. Kauhale Makai is located next to several pickleball courts in Kihei, which feature a great turn out every morning for recreational games! Laundry facilities are located throughout the complex and are shared. Payable via app or coins. We provide Tide pods. Our beach essentials do not include snorkeling gear as a covid precaution. Pickleball players will enjoy Waipuilani Park, just minutes down the road. The resort is designated within a hotel-zoned district and, as such, will not be impacted by the pending Short-Term Rental (STR) ban currently under consideration.
