Set on a charming street ONE BLOCK FROM THE BEACH. It has a large living room, roomy dining area, and an updated kitchen making it perfect for families and large groups. The space MAIN LEVEL: -Living room with comfortable couch, 2 chairs & Smart TV (no cable, just streaming apps). -Half Bathroom KITCHEN: -Newly renovated kitchen with spacious island (with seating for 2) and a dining table to seat 6. SECOND LEVEL: -Master Bedroom with TV -1 Full Bathroom in the hallway and 1 Full Bathroom Ensuite in the Master -Laundry Room Washer & dryer to use at your convenience. Please note we do not supply laundry detergent. Please note that we do not supply charcoal. - Outdoor table and chairs in the backyard. HOT TUB: THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL FEE FOR HOT TUB USAGE AND MAINTENANCE: -There is a hot tub in the backyard that guests may use for an additional fee of $200.00 -Unfortunately due to repeated issues with guests leaving the hot tub in bad condition we have had to add a cost of usage. It costs $200 for a professional service tech to come and clean, service and balance the proper chemicals. If you wish to use the hot tub during your stay you must request access and pay the $200 service fee before you will have access to the hot tub. - Please be respectful when using the hot tub: Please ensure there are no lotions, sun sprays, oils, food or beverages in the hot tub during usage. This may result in additional cleaning fees if these products are discovered. - Please close the hot tub top when not in use and return the key to the lockbox upon final use. Failure to check out by this time may result in a $100 fee per hour. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth transition for our next guests. Thank you for your understanding! -PLEASE NOTE: There is a $200 usage fee for the hot tub. KEYLESS ENTRY: -There is keyless entry. Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip. PARKING: -There is driveway parking for two-three vehicles at this property. (If you pull towards the backyard you can fit three) -Additional vehicles may park on the street where available. MAIL: -Do not send packages to the property -If there is something of priority that you need shipped please reach out to us directly for alternative options. -We are not responsible for any items shipped to the property. ENVIRONMENTAL NOTES: -Property located in a city environment; potential for noise from cars or foot traffic. SECURITY: -The home is protected by exterior ring camera security that is located on the front porch and on the side of the house with the driveway. Other things to note HONESTY & EXPECTATIONS: At "The Devon AC", we want our guests to have a clear understanding of the distinctions between vacation rentals and hotels. While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue. CLEANING: Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay. HOUSEHOLD ITEMS: As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues. AMENITIES: -WiFi included; exterior ring camera security for added safety. -Linens, towels, and basic amenities provided. -Guests must purchase their own amenities when stock runs out. -No laundry detergent is provided. -Basic cookware supplies; no salt, pepper, oil, or kitchen condiments. Properties are not immune to household issues like this and may have evidence of preventative treatments and measures. -Beaches are free; no tags or passes required. Beach amenities not provided. -We utilize quilts on most of our beddings for comfort, durability, and sanitary reasons. If extra blankets are needed, let us know before check-in. -If you are extremely sensitive to smells, please note that odors from food, smoke, or other sources from outside or neighboring units may occasionally be noticeable.
