The space Ocean Panorama is the second floor of an oceanfront duplex on Wesley Avenue, and the view is the whole point: 180 degrees of ocean through a wall of windows, under vaulted ceilings and skylights that keep the space bright all day. Four bedrooms, four full baths plus a powder room, and room for 10. The beds: two kings and two queens, plus a queen sleeper sofa in one of the bedrooms. Bed linens and bath towels are provided, with beds made before you arrive: one full set per guest, a bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth each, 10 sets for a full house. A private elevator runs from the ground floor foyer to the living level, so luggage, groceries, and grandparents all skip the stairs. The kitchen holds its own against the view: custom cabinetry, GE Cafe appliances, a 36-inch six-burner gas range, and a quartz center island, with a dining table for eight framed by the ocean. Massive sliding glass doors lead from the living area to a Brazilian hardwood deck with plush furnishings. Everything starts at the ground floor: north side garage and main entrance with keyless entry, a foyer with a powder room, and the elevator. Share the door code and everyone in your group comes and goes without a key. Hardwood floors, tiled baths, a gas fireplace, tankless hot water, and a super capacity washer and dryer on the bedroom level. An outdoor shower, sun loungers, a grill, and high-speed wifi cover the rest. The house sits in the Gold Coast, the quiet residential stretch of Ocean City between 15th and 34th Streets. Day-to-day life is a block away: the 34th Street playground, mini golf, and restaurants are all about 0.1 miles out, with Wawa, Acme, ice cream shops, the recreation center, and tennis courts close by. The 34th Street bridge puts you on and off the island without driving through town, and the boardwalk is 2 miles up the island when you want it. Guest access The whole condo is yours: all four bedrooms, the living level, the oceanfront deck, the private elevator, the outdoor shower, and the garage, with free street parking beyond that. 6 beach badges, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and a push cart are included.
