Every bedroom has a portable AC for the warm seasons (+2 bigger ones cooling the entire first floor). Pets are very welcome! Our fenced backyard offers a lot of space for your best friend to roam around. The house is located 5 minutes from the NJ Turnpike and 15 minutes from Rutgers University. Guest access Guests have the entire place. Basement access is not included. The owner's closet in the primary bedroom is not included (plenty of hanging space provided however).
