I usually park on 9th St and am always able to find a spot within 1-2 blocks of the apartment building. 3) The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a walkup building (no elevator), so elderly guests or guests with disabilities may have a hard time accessing the apartment. Guest access Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. You are also welcome to use the shared, fully-fenced backyard, which includes an outdoor dining area. This is a wonderful space to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind after a day of exploring the city. Other things to note Note: No gatherings of any size are permitted, as we don't want to disturb our long-term tenants. And no smoking of any kind is permitted within the building.
