Warm and healthy breakfast for each guest is included! The home has 7 bedrooms each with a queen or twin-sized cloud-memory foam mattress. There are three bathrooms, one on each floor. The living room has a leather-styled sofa bed and a 65-inch (yes, 65 inches!) Smart TV w/ cable, high-speed internet & Netflix, HBO Max, ESPN+, Hulu and Disney Plus +. Sit back and enjoy a good book with the artistic views of Diego Rivera and Frida Kahlo-inspired art décor around the home; roast some marshmallows outdoors by the firepit; play a game of Dominoes, Jenga, or Lotería; or enjoy a game of Ping Pong, Foosball or Cornhole! Sure eating in NYC's finest restaurants can be fun, but sometimes we all need a nice home-cooked meal. That's why our kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you'll need to cook a nice dinner. Enjoy your meals together around the dining room table, or take it to the back patio for an epic barbecue. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire home. Outside guests have access to a front-porch patio and full backyard with patio furniture and a bbq grill. Doors equipped with keyless entry door lock. Easy check-in. Parking is available on the property during the full stay. Kindly note that my aunt and uncle live in the apartment downstairs (they have no access to the house upstairs). They are on-site just in case our guests need anything (power outage, any issues etc.). They are very respectful and will only show up if needed.
