You will stay on the 1st floor that contains a kitchen, dining and living room, and on the 2nd floor where the full bathroom, and 2 bedrooms are located. There is a front patio overlooking Belleville Avenue, and a backyard space with pation furniture for outside dining and to just relax. Residential neighborhood, quite and peaceful with lots of Spanish, Italian, Mexican, Greek and Middle Eastern Food. Street parking only. 10 Minutes from the larget mall and indoor attraction in New Jersey (The American Dream) Guest access The entire home will be available to you, but the basement is on Furnish Finder. There are 2 separate backyards: 1 for you and the other for the Furnish Finder guest. Self check in with your own unique pass code. Other things to note Smoking is only allowed on the front patio or in the backyard. Parties and Events are only allowed only by permission from the host. A surcharge cleaning price of $150 will be charged per event. A fee of $350 will be charged for unauthorized events and parties.
