Two blocks away from NJ transit Bus directly to NYC and metropolitan area. The space The large backyard has a sitting area with outdoor furniture, a fire pit, and fire grill. Free parking. This apartment has a low ceiling and it’s not ideal for people over 6 ft. tall. A family with 2 children lives on the second floor, while we ask the kids to not run or make loud noises, you may hear footsteps/noise during non-school/non-summer camp hours. Our property features a large living room with a 55 inch 4K FireTV. A sofa bed which fits two people, and a full size blow-up mattress in case you need the extra sleeping space. The bedroom to the right features a queen size bed w/closet, a 50 inch 4K Roku Smart TV, and a full length mirror. The bedroom to the left features a full size bed w/closet, 50 inch 4K Roku Smart TV, full body mirror, extra dresser for storage, and a sitting area for relaxation. The kitchen is fully stacked with a large refrigerator (w/filtered water built-in ice maker, and BPA Free Brita Pitcher for filtered water), decaffeinated/caffeinated coffee/tea w/cream & Sugar. —Laundry— We are only eight walking blocks away from the laundry mat. —NJ transit bus is only two blocks away from this house. The bus will take you directly to Port Authority, a short walking distance to Times Square in NYC. There are also privately owned smaller buses. The fee for the bus is between $4.00-$7.00, one way/person. The travel time depends on traffic. With no traffic, public transportation will take you there in 35 minutes. If you drive you can be there in 20 minutes. —There’s also the Tonnelle Avenue Station, this light rail is only 7 minutes away from the house and takes you to the path-train, with the World Trade Center, downtown NY as its final destination. The light rail also takes you directly to Liberty State Park where you can enjoy seeing Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty. ⚠️ Ceiling Height Notice This is a charming older unit with some low-clearance areas: Living room ceiling: 75" Kitchen ceiling: 72" Living room support beam: 58" Bathtub height: 70.5" Left bedroom closet: 63" Please be mindful of these when moving around the space.
