“Retreat” Pool-Expansive Backyard-Bike to Beach

Relax with the whole family. We love the tranquility of the property - the backyard is its own private oasis with a spacious deck just off the kitchen, in-ground pool , fire pit, and large yard adjacent to Wreck Pond brook. The pool (May/ Early October) is a great way to relax Day/Night! The quiet peaceful neighborhood is perfect for walks/bike rides. Spring Lake beach is only an 8 min bike ride away! Per Town Ordinance, rentals must minimum of seven consecutive days. The space Our home is 7 rooms, plus laundry/storage room, 1 full bath and 1 half bath. Bedroom 1 is the primary with a king bed and half bath. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds. The full bath with tub/shower is in the hallway between the bedrooms. There is also a family room, dining room, open prep area (this is where the wine refrigerator and ice maker), eat-in kitchen and finally the laundry/storage room which is off the kitchen. We like to think of the backyard as our "bonus room" because we spend so much time out there - either on the deck, the yard, around the fire pit, in the pool, or sitting by the creek. Guest access Our guests have access to our house, backyard and pool. The Backyard has a deck off the kitchen and patio and lounge chair area adjacent to a wonderful in-ground pool. Off the Deck you have access to an outdoor grill. Beyond the pool is a large grass area with a fire pit and chairs to relax and enjoy your evenings. As you walk further back you will come upon Wreck Brook. Where we have chairs for you to enjoy the wildlife and sounds of running water. We have (2) Kayaks available on the property that are available for guests to venture down the brook towards Wreck Pond.. In the backyard shed you have access to (2) corn-hole sets and (2) pair of boots to walk in the brook. Other things to note We will have a welcome packet sent to you before your check in date. A copy of the welcome packet will also be available at the house when you arrive.
