Queen beds Smart TVs Study Desk, Fiber HSI The unit is only 10 minutes from Newark (EWR) Airport and 25 minutes away from NYC via car. Path train is a bus or cab ride away to NYC. Stylish and minimalist in design, our unit is modern, beautiful, and equipped with all appliances and toiletries to make your stay very comfortable. Security cameras cover exterior and common areas of property for safety. The space Bright lights in New Jerseys largest city is how you will feel when you step into our unit. The living area is brightly lit with beautifully finished wood floors with a beautiful couch, area rug, 65 in Smart TV, red bar stools, modern design with a touch of class. It might make you want to post on IG or TikTok. The kitchen has all the stainless steel appliances, cookware, plates, glasses and utensils you will need. There's also under the counter lighting. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You will also have bath and hand towels available for use. There is a lighted mirror in one of the bathrooms as well as both bathrooms have bluetooth speakers in them. The bedrooms have 55in Smart TVs, computer desk and chair, comfortable queen size bed with clean linen, dresser, laundry basket, and closets with hangers. One of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have alarm clocks, bluetooth speaker combo wireless charging station/clock. There is one twin folding bed and one air mattress. Guest access During your stay, you'll have access to the entire Luxury 2-bedroom suite. You'll enjoy private and uninterrupted use of our unit. Our keyless entry system makes check-in a breeze, so you can arrive at your convenience. Just enter the code on the keypad at the first door in the front of the house. Then walk up the 4 stairs thru the second door, to the left behind the door on the first floor is the entrance to the unit.( White Door/Black Locks, HOLA DOOR MAT) Enter the code there and you're in. Make sure you close the door tightly as too not jam the automatic locking lock on the. unit door. 🙏🏾I ask that you remove your shoes, especially if soiled or wet at the door. There's a mud pan by the front door as you enter. 🙏🏾Please do not go upstairs to the second floor it's inhibited! 🙏🏾Please be respectful of the unit!🙏🏾 🤙🏾If in doubt, reach out. we are available and here to help! We cannot be held responsible if a package is missing. ☆Please note that the HVAC system can be controlled by the owner.
