For optimal comfort, we recommend utilizing one bed and the sleeper sofa bed instead. • Full bathroom located in the hallway for both bedrooms. • Basement has a generous 7ft 2inch ceiling height. ★LAUNDRY★ In Unit Washer Dryer is located in Bedroom 3 in basement level. ★ARCADE ★ • Basement has a newly installed ARCADE with over 10,000 plus games! Other things to note PARKING: There is alternate side free street parking in front of the house. ★Please read HOUSE RULES before booking★ • NO PARTIES/LOUD MUSIC ALLOWED. • NO Backyard use between 10PM to 7AM in consideration of close proximity with neighbor's backyard. If we receive a noise complaint you will be immediately removed from the property with no refunds. • Check in is 4:00pm. Checkout time is 10am. Late check-out will incur a fee of $75/hr.
