A highly sought after private backyard with an outdoor table for seating up to 8 also features a 3-burner grill. This spacious home with hardwood floors and high ceilings is the perfect place to relax after a long day in NYC, and only 20 minutes to the World Cup at MetLife Stadium! The living room features a plush couch and a 65-inch smart TV for movies in, as well as some board games and blankets for a cozy game night. There’s also a spacious dining room with seating for 8. Off the dining room is a fully equipped kitchen featuring modern stainless steel large appliances as well as multiple small appliances, and all the cookware you need to whip up your favorite dishes, along with plenty of counter space. All three bedrooms are at the bottom of a set of stairs. Bedroom 1: Queen Bedroom 2: Full Bedroom 3: Queen Living Room: Queen Pullout Bed We provide complimentary bath essentials, including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and hand wash. Guest access Guests have full, private access to the bottom two floors of the brownstone as well as the private backyard. There is a set of stairs to the front door and a set of stairs down to the bedrooms within the apartment. Other things to note Please note that the entrance is up a set of stairs, and ALL bedrooms are down a flight of stairs. I like Columbus Garage LLC, 66 Christopher Columbus Drive, Jersey City, NJ 07302. I believe it’s $28 a day. It’s right next to the Grove Street Path into NYC. Street parking is for residents only on weekdays, meaning there is a two hour limit on parking Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm. Nights and weekends you can park on the street.
