Our one-bedroom apartments feature finished hardwood floors and fully equipped kitchens—including a dishwasher, oven, stove, and microwave—so you can feel right at home. The space There is a rooftop terrace on the 7th floor that offers spectacular views of Manhattan and Hoboken. 🚭NO SMOKING INSIDE THE BUILDING AND APARTMENTS: To maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and apartments, including all enclosed areas. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and marijuana. Any violation of this rule may result in a penalty of up to $500 to cover the costs of deep cleaning, deodorizing, and any resulting damage. 🎥 SECURITY AND MONITORING: For the safety and peace of mind of all guests, security cameras operate 24/7 in exterior areas of the building (e.g., front entrance and common hallways). Please note that Spring HVAC Preventative Maintenance is scheduled for May 28–29. During this time, Aeromark Mechanical will require access to all units to replace filters and perform routine diagnostics on the HVAC equipment. Work is expected to take place between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, and there may be some temporary noise or brief interruptions while maintenance is being completed. Thank you for your understanding. Guest access It’s quite obvious that Novia was built with the intention to please. For fitness enthusiasts, there is an on-site Real Hot Yoga studio. The 7th floor features a rooftop terrace offering spectacular views of Hoboken. Arriving later than planned? Don’t fret, there’s a 24-hour check-in available for your convenience. Other things to note NOTICE: The rooftop is not part of the apartment. It's an area accessible by all Dharma guests staying in the building. The units can be located on the third, fourth, fifth, or sixth floor. ***Please do not move furniture from current spot such as beds, sofas or similar inside the apartment, as it can cause damage to the item(s)*** *** NEARBY CONTRUCTION NOTICE *** Please note there is ongoing city construction work near the property as installation of water and sewer lines is performed along nearby streets.
