Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment and a private outdoor space in the back yard. The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, utensils and pots and pans, so you can enjoy dining in as a family, just like you do at home. And the outdoor deck has a bbq grill a seating for your guests. Other things to note Guests who book this apartment must be at least 23 years old and present a government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license or passport at check-in. There is no elevator, so the building is not handicap-accessible. Be prepared to climb stairs as the apartment is up 4 stories to the top floor. Ask about our porter service for help with your luggage at check-in. Cleaning Please note that a standard $135 Cleaning Fee is applied with every reservation. An additional $105 (Interim) Cleaning Fee will be charged for every 5 nights during longer stays. Parking We can arrange for indoor parking with unlimited in out access at our sister property half a block away. Spaces are quite limited and booked first come first serve. The rate is $35 per day and payment is required to confirm your space.
