Please note that there is an additional $75 charge per guest, per night, after 4 guests. Guests are not permitted to have any kind of mail, including packages e.g. Amazon deliveries, sent to the home. Should an unauthorised event take place guests will be subject to additional fees and or/immediate eviction with no refund. An event is categorized as a gathering at the property with any unauthorized persons whom are not apart of the original reservation, without prior consent from the host. There is absolutely no smoking allowed inside the home. There are ashtrays provided for use outdoors. Any evidence found that there was smoking in the home will incur $100 fee. The use of any kind of glitter or confetti is strictly prohibited. Should there be any evidence of glitter/confetti use, you may be subject to additional cleaning fees. Please note, inventory is done before and after each guest.
