Any Maui's future buildings are no longer allowed to build this close to the water, which means you hear the ocean when open your window. Everyday people gather around the seawall to enjoy the sunset, while you can take it all in from private lanai The condo is located on Kaanapali Beach, one of the best beaches Maui has to offer and about 10 mins north of the Lahaina downtown. Stepping outside of the building and you will get onto sandy beaches. Condo is right next to all the large resorts where you can get easy access to resort amenities. 5 mins drive to other WORLD-CLASS beaches such as Napili, and Kapalua. Although the exterior of the building is routinely treated to help combat this issue and the condo is thoroughly cleaned between each guest, it greatly helps if you leave the screens shut and don't leave any food out to avoid unwanted creatures This is not resort living, there are some conveniences the large resorts provide that I just can't offer, such as daily change of sheets/towels. If you are more used to that type of lodging, please choose resorts over my place. Otherwise, you'll love everything about what Maui and my home have to offer.
