It is a cozy space with a large comfy sectional couch and smart tv where you can login into your amazon prime/netflix/hulu (no cable) accounts. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and your essentials such as pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, a dual coffee machine (keurig and pot) etc. This apartment is 1000sq/ft. Getting around. It is not directly on the street but it is very close by. This apartment is on the first floor. The second floor apartment is right above where long-term tenants reside. As this is a 1914 multifamily home, you may hear foot steps as normal in NE/Salem homes this age. Ring doorbell camera. Washer/Dryer is down in the unfinished basement. It is not in the unit. Personal toiletries such as shampoo, condition, body or face products etc are not provided. Starter supply of essential items only. There currently isn't any outdoor space offered with the apartment. Ample free parking directly on the street. There is garage close by if needed. During heavy snow there are street bans. You may have to park at the local garage but we can assist with a shared driveway arrangement. Please note that we have no control over city street cleaning or our owns vendors snow removal schedule.
