Every room has it’s own personality. This is a 2 bedroom second floor apartment in a multifamily home. Ample street parking for your guest, with one private parking in the driveway. Private back deck included, with a shared fire pit backyard. Outdoor space provided as we do not allow smoking of any kind in the house. Too many decorations would be destroyed and we believe everyone should enjoy this experience just as the first guest did, right? This experience is one of a kind as it provides the ultimate exclusive content for any content creator. Photos encouraged! Small objects in the decorations are found throughout the house, therefore PETS and CHILDREN under 6 are -NOT- recommended for this location. Forgot to wash your costume? Free small washer and dryer provided in unit. Sorry we truly embraced the historic side of Salem, therefore no dishwasher is available. Oven is set on Celsius temperature mode. Additional twin-size rollout beds and air mattresses available for use as well! Located off the main entry street of Boston St. Feel free to park and just walk downtown thru historic Salem. You’ll be sad you got there so quick! Local food within a 5 min walk, and actually good too! Please book carefully and we’ll save a broom for you! @ThatHouseSalem Guest access Upon arrival. Guests may enter the first door closest to the sidewalk. This is a shared entry way with the tenants. Go up the 11 stairs to your labeled door with the KEYPAD on the doorknob. Your temporary Code given day of booking. Other things to note This is definitely an experience. As in this is a year round-themed decorated airbnb. Please be gentle and please be expected to be held liable for anything that breaks or gets ruined for other guests to experience. There is a $50 per night added cost over 4 guests. This helps to cover the added costs of hosting more people and offer value for people traveling alone or in small groups. Do not rearrange any furniture. Do not cause any plumbing issues. Black barrels in backyard are community shared Trash bins, while the blue ones are dedicated for recycling.
