Located on the Sandwich side of Sagamore Beach, this 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage will be the perfect getaway. One floor living with Central AC and will even accept your dog, just across the street from Sagamore Beach!  The space Step out the door of this 3 Bedroom cottage, cross the street and walk by three houses to access a path through the dunes to the sandiest beach in Sandwich.The interior offers an open Living/Dining/Kitchen area with an oversize window facing the street providing plenty of natural light. One floor living with 3 Bedrooms and full Bath with shower, perfect for a family with little ones. Central AC for the summer and Central heat for the fall keep you comfortable no matter the season. The Kitchen side entry opens to the deck, which wraps around the corner of the house and overlooks a private back yard, perfect for an afternoon game of whiffle ball. Complete with outdoor furniture, table with umbrella and a gas grill. There is a small portable washing machine and a good old fashioned clothes line, but no Dryer.
