This quaint cottage boasts a newly decorated interior, featuring one bedroom and one bathroom. The bedroom offers a queen-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. For additional guests, the living room is equipped with a sleeper sofa suitable for one adult or two children. We offer complimentary Wi-Fi, access to Netflix, and a dedicated workspace. Feel the gentle bay breeze as you unwind in our outdoor seating area. Here, you'll find a covered patio area, perfect for savoring morning coffee or evening cocktails. The deck box has some beach chairs and outdoor games for you to enjoy. Just a short stroll away, the bay is only four blocks from your doorstep. Enjoy leisurely walks along the beach, which welcomes furry companions during designated hours. After enjoying the best sunsets, rinse off the sand in our convenient outdoor shower before returning indoors. Guest access You will have access to the full cottage, 2 car driveway, and the backyard space. There is also an outdoor shower you can use, along with 2 beach chairs. Guests will be sent a check-in email 3 days prior to their arrival with the door lock code and all other check-in information. The shed is off limits, as well as the owner's cabinet in the kitchen. Other things to note Please note that our beach is Bayside and not oceanside. The bay is best for walking, fishing, collecting shells, or watching the sunset. It's shallow water, so great for little ones. And often have great tide pools! While we are pet friendly, there is NO fence around our property. When outdoors, please have your pets leashed at all times and make sure to pick up after them. Please bag and knot waste bags and dispose in outdoor garbage can. Please bring your own pet beds and crates. Sorry, we do not allow cats as the owner is allergic. We allow up to 2 pets and charge a $50 per pet fee. We are kid friendly, but the furniture is not anchored to the wall, and house is not child proofed. Please be mindful of small children as there's breakable items, and hazardous cleaning products in the house. We provide fresh bed linens, 2 bath towels, washcloth, and a light quilt. Starter pack of essentials are provided including 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 paper towel roll, and Keurig coffee pods. Please plan accordingly and purchase additional items at any local store depending on length of stay. Bring your own Shower Toiletries & Beach Towels. Guests of record must be 25+ and stay at the house each night. No smoking/vaping in the house. We are smoke-free residence. $250 smoking fee per day of rental if smoking occurs.
