Fishing & swimming are both allowed right from the dock. The property contains a single family home and a second house with 3 apartments. We (Janice & Anthony) live in the single family home, and two of the apartments are AirBnBs while the third is rented yearly. The apartment is private. The patio/grill is shared between the two AirBnBs, and the rest of three exterior is open to all. We love hosting guests and strive to make you feel at ease, whether that means giving you your privacy, socializing down by the dock, or helping with anything you may need! Please note: The property is on a fairly steep decline from the driveway to the water. The apartment is about halfway down, but if you struggle with stairs it is likely not the best fit for your stay. It’s about 3 flights of stairs down to the apartment, and about the same from the apartment to the water.
