Golf driving area, bay fishing spots, trails and a nature reserve are all a walk / 1 block away. Home style vacation with bikes, Surf/Boogie boards, beach essentials, snacks & more. Other things to note No loud parties, please respect my neighbors. There are 4 parking spots for my property . 2 directly in front of my unit, and you can double park directly behind those two spots. If you need additional parking then please park near the stop sign at the entrance of the cul-de-sac. Please do not park in front of my neighbors homes. NO SMOKING IN THE HOME. Please smoke on the back porch and utilize the ashtray provided. Return keys to lock box and use the extra set on the small table on the small kitchen table.
