Maui Kamaole K206 is a 2-level, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1052 sqft condo located in South Kihei, close to Wailea. It is an upper-floor end unit - very quiet and very light inside, ideal for a family or two couples. This peaceful retreat offers three A/Cs, an in-unit washer/dryer, a fully stocked kitchen, and beach gear. This end unit features a living room enhanced with Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring and opens onto a lanai that offers breathtaking mountain views. The master suite, located in the loft, provides not only ocean views from its window but also boasts a private lanai with stunning vistas of Haleakala, complete with sliding doors to ensure privacy and overlooks the living room to enhance its serene ambiance. The second bedroom also benefits from a private lanai, contributing to the unit's luxurious appeal. As an end unit, it enjoys additional windows in the dining area and the upstairs bedroom, ensuring the space is always bright and welcoming. In addition to the king bed in the master bedroom and the queen bed in the second bedroom, there is a queen sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress. Guest access Our condo is very completely equipped with WiFi Internet, 3 flat screen HD-TVs, Bose audio system, a washer/dryer, and full-size kitchen appliances. The front door has an electronic lock which makes it ideal for late check-in. Your code is sent to you before arrival. We provide a selection of beach equipment such as chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and even tennis rackets. Please note we don't provide snorkeling gears at the condo. However, there are several convenient rental options along South Kihei Road, including Boss Frogs. We provide hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash in refill bottle. We provide 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom 1 on roller and 2 under. We provide 1 roll of paper towels, 1.7oz dish soap, 6 loads minimum laundry detergent, and 6 dishwasher tabs. For families with children, we offer conveniences such as a pack-n-play, high chair, umbrella stroller, and a selection of toys to enhance your stay. Other things to note Our condo is located on the 2nd floor and there are stairs to the front door entrance and stairs in unit. Although the beach is within walking distance, the property is located on a hill so you may want to use your rental car to haul all the beach gear. Parking at the beach is very easy. Hawaii has one of the most enjoyable ecosystems on earth, and insects are a part of that system. We try to manage this natural occurrence by regularly spraying for insects. The most common pests that may find their way into the property include ants, small beetles, gnats, mosquitoes, and even cockroaches. While some may consider geckos a pest, they actually help control the insect population. It's a good idea to put food away and keep screens and doors closed while enjoying our island, but this won't eliminate all instances of insects. Please understand that we do not offer refunds or adjustments for pest control issues. If you notice a problem, please notify our On-Island Agent so that we can address it. Mahalo!
