Cozy 2 bd/1ba home nestled in serene Orchidlands. We’re in 2 acres of island forestry, giving you plenty of privacy and quiet time to relax. Conveniently located 20 mins to Hilo Beaches & Downtown Hilo, and 35 mins to Hawai’i Volcanoes National Park. Bedroom 1 has a King size bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed with ample closet space. Other amenities: automated gate, UV treated water filtration system, 45 inch TV, outdoor table/chairs. Cameras are for your security and only outside. The space The first bedroom has a King size bed with a door to the outside and access to the washer/dryer, and the second bedroom has a queen size bed with ample closet space. Our place is very family friendly, equipped with a pack and play crib, booster seat and infant/toddler floatie and beach sand toys. You’ll also enjoy our 45 inch smart TV with backlight with different color modes for a relaxing ambiance. Wifi is available throughout the house, as well as USB ports at the kitchen table and bedroom side tables for charging phone/devices. Our outdoor space provides a small table and two chairs in our front yard to have breakfast, coffee, or read a book while relaxing and taking in the view of the landscape or enjoying the tropical rain. Our full kitchen includes everything you might need to cook a meal for you or your loved ones which you’ll enjoy at our counter-height table for six. In addition to a stove and fridge, it also includes amenities like a coffee maker, a rice cooker, toaster, blender and microwave. A range of spices is available for all your cooking needs. Casa de Lani is fully equipped to host you and your group, with all new furniture throughout, as well as a UV treatment and water filtration system. For your convenience we will provide beach chairs and beach towels for your outdoor adventures. You’ll be able to easily access our property with an automated gate, and there’s plenty of parking available as well in our spacious front yard. TA-160-392-1408-01 Guest access Keyless entry Other things to note Please note that our house is off the beaten path on an unpaved gravel road, preferably accessible by car. Although you certainly don't need an SUV to access our road, a Jeep or 4X4 may make your car travel more comfortable. We think it's the best way to explore the island anyway! Note that we don't have A/C. The fans in all the rooms keep us comfortable and we enjoy the tropical breeze with the windows open as well for extra cooling! We have an absolutely no smoking/vaping policy! We will charge a $500 cleaning fee. An additional $100 cleaning fee will be charged if excess trash is left behind. We want to ensure all our guest have a pleasant experience.
