The living area has plenty of seating, a large 50" smart TV, and two large bay windows providing plenty of natural light. The sofa may serve as a sleeping space with a memory foam queen pull-out mattress. The main bedroom features a queen bed, a custom closet and a deck that overlooks the neighborhood and bay. The second bedroom includes a bunk bed, work station, 50" smart TV, and a deck overlooking the scenic marshland. A back patio with outdoor dining, BBQ grill, and overhead string lights makes for the perfect oasis during nice weather. Bird watching may also be enjoyed here with the many different species frequenting the marshland. A private backyard with plenty of space for family fun. Rinse off after a beach day in our private outdoor shower that includes warm water. And don't forget to take advantage of the outdoor slop sink after getting a fresh catch. Other things to note We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. Please verify that you have read our house rules prior to your reservation, as we reserve the right to end your stay or cancel the reservation. ***NO SMOKING POLICY*** No smoking of any kind (or oil or incense burning) is allowed on the property, including directly outside the door. There will be an additional $250 fee added if the policy is violated.
