Peaceful house on a quiet unpaved road one mile outside of Amherst! Relaxing, cozy, sunlit open floor plan with a vaulted ceiling. Beautiful hiking trails near Atkins Reservoir and Puffers Pond. You will feel secluded but close to local attractions. Amherst Center (downtown), UMass and Amherst College are 5 and 6 miles away respectively, with Hampshire College, Smith College, and Mount Holyoke also close by (no more than a 15 to 30 minute drive respectively). The space As the title suggests, our location has the best views of Brushy Mountain! Leaf peepers await fall :) We have wonderful trails surrounding the entire area awaiting your discovery... Guest access This is our primary home. Closets and dressers have personal belongings. We'll designate a place for your clothing and personals before arrival. Other things to note Puffers Pond is a couple miles away. Lake Wyolya is less than 9 miles away. Peace Pagoda is 5.5 miles away. Cell phone reception for calls is not available here, but texting seems to work. WiFi is strong and can make video or regular calls via different apps. Land line is also available.
