Your Lake House Awaits The space Create lasting memories at this warm and cozy lakehouse on Congomond Lake's North Pond. This home offers a variety of life's simple pleasures. Spend the day fishing, boating & swimming. Explore the local Rail Trail or stay in and enjoy the coziness of indoors Kayaks, Paddles, & Life Vests are provided at no extra cost. Kayak and swim at your own risk. Bring Boat shoes, you’ll be more comfortable when launching the kayaks. BYOB (Bring Your Own Boat) Guest access Main Entrance of home is on the lakeside on the upper level deck. The initial entry door is the second door on the deck. Lower level has storage. Other things to note We’ve updated a few things home may look different than the photos. We’ve added a main level laundry area for your convenience. New dining table with six chairs and two chairs at the island. New workstation sink and new faucet. Some new pots and pans as well as a few more glasses. Of course there are plenty of plastic drinking glasses. We’ve added new outdoor patio with new firepit and new furniture. This is a lake house with all the things that go along with the lake. Trees, leaves, sand, fire pit, birds, squirrels, spiderwebs and an occasional Eagle sighting! The front door is on the lake side. You must go up the stairs to the deck level, Please take note: Initial entry to the house is the SECOND door on the deck.
