Cozy Boone Home

Our home is located on the north edge of Boone, very close to Ames, Iowa. Keyless entry makes check-in a breeze! Our home is cozy & welcoming. Anyone is welcome to stay with us, but it might be particularly great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The space Our home is tucked away on the edge of a small Iowa town. We are very close to several large central Iowa towns/cities. Ames is a short 18 miles away and very easily accessible, with us being located on the edge of Boone. The heart of Des Moines, Iowa is a 51 mile drive from our home. Our home is cozy and quiet and always has a pot of coffee brewed. Your private room includes a bed, desk, 40 inch television, mini fridge, foldable tv table, and a closet with plenty of hanging space. We hope you find our home as cozy and quaint as we do, and we look forward to hosting you! Guest access You will have access to our entire home. During your stay, you will be provided with a personal access code so that you may come and go as you please. You will have internet access and access to our kitchen. You will have access to our laundry room with laundry essentials provided. We also have a grill on our deck (seasonal), that you are more than welcome to use during your stay! In your private room you will have access to Netflix, using a guest profile on our account, as well as Hulu plus access. We also have a wide variety of DVDs that you may choose from throughout your stay. You will have access to our restroom, and we always provide our guests with first priority access. We will provide on-the-go breakfast options each morning as well as one complimentary adult beverage (21 years or older) per evening. During your stay We are always available during your stay with us and truly enjoy meeting our guests, however, we will give you all of the space that you need throughout your stay. We stay pretty quiet and busy, so if you are one to keep to yourself our home would be perfect for you. However, we are also very social and love interacting with our guests when they wish to do so. We are always willing to give restaurant recommendations and activity suggestions. We love this part of Iowa and we can't wait to share it with you! Other things to note We do have two dogs in our home. One is a standard sized golden doodle and the other is a Saint Bernard mix who both love people and interaction. However, if dogs aren't for you we will completely respect that. We will keep Apollo and Jovie entertained and out of your way at all times throughout your stay.
